1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect product supplied

• Transit damage (reported as per Shipping Policy)

⚠ Customized or made-to-order cords are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Notification Timeline

• Issues must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery.

• Complaints received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Inspection & Approval

• Returned products will be inspected by our quality team.

• Approval depends on defect verification and usage condition.

• Products must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging.

4. Refund / Replacement

• Upon approval, we may offer:

  • Replacement of material

  • Credit note

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment mode.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized cords

• Cut-length or special specification products

• Orders damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse

• Clearance or discounted sales (unless defective)

6. Return Shipping Cost

• If the error is from our side, return shipping will be borne by us.

• Otherwise, return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer.
